Eggs 4
Ham 38 g.
MSG 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Rice Wine 1/4 tsp
Stock 1 1/2 cups
Directions
1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, MSG, wine, and stock and beat. Slice the ham into thin strips.
2. After cleaning the clams by soaking them in salt water, place them in the egg mixture. Steam for 15 minutes in a steaming basket. Sprinkle on ham strips.
