Taiwan’s coworking spaces come in all shapes, sizes, and orientations. Some integrate themselves into their neighborhoods, while others seek to cultivate tech professionals, and still others are themselves explicitly commercial ventures. At least one has assigned itself the task of making more “makers.”
But, no matter what the mission, a coworking space’s most important asset is the people who use it. Their conversations, exchanges, sharing, mixing and cooperation, their comings and goings, their ever-changing stories... it is all of these acting in concert that enable coworking spaces to produce such a glorious profusion of ideas and enterprise.
