Mr. Chou, a former Mongolian wrestler who stands 185 centimeters tall, walks his three Mongolian dogs (khonch nokhoi) through the busy streets of the city. He initially brought this kind of dog in from Inner Mongolia to breed, with each selling at NT$100,000, but with the economy in a slump in recent years, very few people have considered it. But regardless, he continues looking after them, feeding them on tinned beef and walking them daily, and they've become one of the more unique sights on Taipei's streets.
