Ingredients (4 servings):
4 cakes of square bean curds, 6 cups of water and 1 tblspn of spring onion crumbs.
Seasoning:
1 0.5 tblspns of sesame sauce, 1 tblspn of sesame oil, 1 0.5 tblspns of soy sauce, 0.5 tspn of salt, 0.5 tspn of M.S.G., 4 tblspns of cold boiled water and 1 tspn of sugar.
Method:
1. Bring bean curds with water to boil for 1 minute. Ladle out and drain off water. Place on a deep plate.
2. Blend seasoning well. Drip on bean curds. Sprinkle spring onion crumbs on. Serve.
Notes:
1. If you are fond of cold plate, you can preserve bean curds with a piece of wrap in the refrigerator after they are cooked. Pour out the oozing water before serving, and drip on seasoning and some cedar shoots to eat.
2. You can use peanut sauce, marble eggs and pork fluff to replace sesame sauce.
3. If you choose peanut sauce, no matter sweet or salt, remember to dilute with milk first, and then mix with other seasoning.
