When designing the Taiwan High-Speed Rail station in Changhua County’s Tianzhong Township, architect Kris Yao drew inspiration from the local floriculture industry. With pillars shaped like blossoming flowers, a large glass facade, and indoor plants, the space has a verdant, natural feel. Here, all departing and arriving passengers can experience the beauty of Changhua, the “hometown of flowers.”
