A sweet and tasty dessert or snack that is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 bowls of flour (rice bowl size)
2 eggs
1/3 bowl of honey
2T salad oil
Procedure:
1. Mix flour, eggs and water into a paste, cover with a dry cloth and set for 20 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the water evenly.
2. Preheat a flat-bottomed pan over medium/low heat and add oil (preferably rubbing the oil on with a silk or cotton cloth).
3. Pour a suitable amount of paste into the pan, shaking the pan to form the paste into a circle. Cook over low heat. When one side is done, lift, pour on honey, turn over and toast the other side.
Note:
Using cold water will make the cakes hard; hot water will make them soft and springy.
