Q1: Do I need to install any particular reader software?

A:

Yes, you can. However, to respect copyright, only one double page spread can be printed at a time.

A:

The e-magazine can be downloaded to any desktop or notebook PC or Macintosh. However, there is currently no support for reading it on a PDA, WAP phone, or other devices.

Can different users download and install the reader software on the same computer?

   
A:

There can be only one Zinio Reader user on a single computer. This limitation is due to the fact the e-mail address used to register Zinio Reader must be the same as that used to purchase the e-magazine. This software application will automatically scan your computer for the e-mail address used.

Is there a Chinese-language version of the reader software?

   
A:

Yes, we provided Chinese big 5 version.

Does it take much time to download an issue of the magazine?

   
A:

Network bandwidth, the size of the digital file, and the computer's performance will all affect the download time. Generally speaking, it should take between three and ten minutes.

While downloading the magazine, can the computer be used for other tasks?

   
A:

Yes. Other tasks performed on the computer will not affect downloads of the magazine.

Q10: What should I do if I have made a purchase with a credit card, but have not received the magazine?
   
A: Please click on the "check for magazine" button at the top of the Zinio Reader window. You should now be able to download the magazine. If not, please contact our customer service team.
